Serious ice cream for people who are serious about food. Made from fresh milk on our regenerative farm. Crafted by people who’ve been obsessing over ice cream for more than three decades.

We called it Acres because everything starts with the land, all 1,200 acres of it. The crops we grow feed our cows. The way we farm protects and regenerates the soil. And the milk? Exceptionally good, because we control every step that leads to it.

Acres was expertly developed for chefs. Rich in flavour. Smooth and indulgent. Formulated to be stable in busy kitchens. We don't use inclusions. No fuss. No fanfare. Just very, very good ice cream which pairs perfectly with great desserts.

    Overrun is kept deliberately low, giving the stability needed for professional kitchen service. Cream levels are carefully balanced to complements desserts.
